We Invite You To Take A SeatDon't miss this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to support the performing arts in all Hopewell Valley schools. For a contribution, you can have a personalized engraved plaque affixed to the arm rest of a seat in the Performing Arts Center at Hopewell Valley Central High School. Your plaque becmes a memorable way to honor an individual, group, or class, or commenorate a special archievement or significant event. When you Take A Seat, you are taking a stand to support the performing arts programs in every Hopewell Valley district school. Students will benefit from superior facilities and exposure to specialized programs in the arts. The community-at-large will enjoy an income-generating perfoming arts facility capable of attracting professional artists and musicians. Your donation will help raise the auditorium to the level of a true performing arts center through important and necessary improvements. The Take a Seat committee opened its campaign informally at the annual E² Dinner on May 4, 2007, with the presentation of a seat to Carl Swanson, winner of the foundation’s E² Individual Award for 2007. Foundation board member Tom DiMuzio also auctioned off two additional seats. One was purchased by district superintendent Dr. Judith Ferguson, and Carol Jackson, past president of the HVEF, purchased the other. Seat prices range from $100 to $750, depending on location in the auditorium. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or check. |
